Each morning I make a drink with two servings of Great Lakes collagen, coconut milk, pumpkin pie spice, honey and coffee. Sometimes I add chia seeds to make it a complete protein. It insures that I start my day with protein. At 61 my hair and nails are healthy.

Good product just wish it wasn't so expensive.

This is my third can. Sounds crazy but I noted changes to my nails within 2 days of taking this Collagen and I take only half of the recommended dose. I use one scoop in my morning coffee. That's it. My nails which were usually soft hardened up within 2 days! Because they were soft I tended to pick at them now with them being stronger that is no longer a problem. I think my hair is healthier too.

My registered dietician recommended this specific brand. She gave me a few recipe options and my favorite is to mix it in oatmeal, with almond milk, chia seeds, and flavoring of choice (usually cinnamon and chunks of apples or bananas). It is totally flavorless, dissolves/mixes easily, and adds in extra protein. Will buy again-I use it daily.
